Salon Policies

Fees:
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

Payment Methods:
For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, and the following credit cards: Visa & Master Card. Any returned check will result in a $30 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with a product, please return it within 2 weeks of your purchase and we will give you a store credit for the amount of your original purchase. No questions asked. We want you to find the product that is right for you.

Cancellation:
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Billing may result for missed appointments. Clients who miss appointments or who cancel with less than our requirements must secure future appointments with a credit card reservation. Exceptions may be made due to weather and illness. In all cases we want to ensure that your desires are met

Missed Appointments:
In the event that you miss 3 consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Late Arrivals:
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 15 min. late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If time is critical to your schedule, please make us aware of your schedule when making your appointment.

Gratuity:
Gratuities are not included in the prices of packages or services. At your discretion gratuities are graciously accepted. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fee.

Children:
We love families and children, however, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors - and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting our salon, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress free atmosphere for all of our guests. Our staff does not provide child care services. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit, unless they have scheduled appointments of their own. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be accompanied by an adult and well behaved.
